All RIPTA Offices Will be Closed on Both Holidays and Monday, January 3

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will operate all fixed-route bus service on a Sunday/Holiday schedule on Saturday, December 25, 2021, in observance of Christmas Day, and Saturday, January 1, 2022, in observance of New Year’s Day.  The statewide RIde Program will operate only ADA trips on those two holidays; Flex Services will not be available.

The Flex Service reservation line (1-877-906-FLEX) and the RIde reservation line (461-9760) will not be staffed on either holiday.  However, RIde passengers can call and leave a detailed message on the appropriate phone line if they want to schedule an upcoming trip.

All RIPTA offices, including Customer Service, will be closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day as well as Monday, January 3, 2022.
