The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will detour Route 19 (Plainfield/Westminster) to accommodate the Annual Kids’ Fun Day Celebration. The detour will be in effect beginning at 9:45am on Saturday, June 23, 2018 until 3:15pm that day. Plainfield Street will be closed between Laurel Hill Avenue and Merino Street during that time.

The following route detour will be in effect on June 23, 2018:

Route 19 (Plainfield/Westminster):

Inbound trips will travel the regular route to Plainfield Street though to Duxbury Street, left onto Killingly Street, right onto Hartford Avenue, right onto Laurel Hill, left onto Plainfield Street and then resume regular route.

Outbound trips will travel the regular route to the intersection of Plainfield Street and Laurel Hill, right onto Laurel Hill, left onto Hartford Avenue, left onto Killingly Street, right onto Duxbury Street through to Plainfield Street and then resume regular route.
