The following routes will be on detour to accommodate the Christmas Tree Lighting at Providence City Hall (Dorrance St.) on December 6, 2024 from 6 AM through 10 PM:
Route 6, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, and R-Line:
Outbound trips will turn left onto Dorrance St., left onto Weybosset St., left onto Exchange St., left onto Exchange Terrace, left onto Dorrance St., right onto Washington St. and then resume the regular route.
Inbound is on the regular route.
Route 21:
Outbound trips will turn left onto Dorrance St., left onto Weybosset St., left onto Exchange St., left onto Memorial Blvd. and then resume the regular route.
Inbound is on the regular route.
Route 92:
Westbound trips will turn left onto Dorrance St., left onto Weybosset St., left onto Exchange St., left onto Exchange Terrace, continue onto Sabin St. and then resume the regular route.
Eastbound is on the regular route.
Route 1 North, 3, 4:
Inbound trips will travel the regular route to Dyer St., continue onto Memorial Blvd., turn left onto Exchange Terrace, left onto Dorrance St., left onto Washington St. and then resume the regular route.
Outbound is on the regular route.
Route 51, 54, 58, 72:
Outbound trips will travel the regular route to Dyer St., continue onto Memorial Blvd., turn left onto Exchange Terrace, left onto Dorrance St., left onto Washington St. and then resume the regular route.
Inbound is on the regular route.
Route 32, 33, 34, 35, 60, 78:
Inbound trips will travel the regular route to Steeple St., continue onto Exchange Terrace, turn left onto Dorrance St., left onto Washington St. and then resume the regular route.
