Photo ID Office Hours The Photo ID Office in Kennedy Plaza is open to the public Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am-4pm (closed 12pm-1pm).
The Photo ID Office at RIPTA Headquarters (705 Elmwood Avenue, Providence) is permanently closed.

On Monday, January 23, 2023, RIPTA’s Pawtucket Transit Center moved from Roosevelt Avenue to Pine Street and Goff Avenue.
Routes 1, 71, 72, 73, 75, 76, 78, 80, QX and the R-Line will serve the new Pawtucket-Central Falls Transit Center where you can connect with MBTA Commuter Rail service to Boston and Providence. Route 78 and the R-Line will continue to serve Roosevelt Avenue.
