Get a Wave Card – In Person
Wave cards can be purchased at the following locations for a total of $10, $5 for an activation fee and $5 in added value on the card:

Get a Wave Card – By Mail
Wave cards are also available by mail. To order a Wave card, visit the Wave website, and then create a free account by clicking “Sign In” and “Register” in the top right. Once registered you can order a Wave card for $5 plus shipping. Reload your Wave card via the Wave app.
Wave website
Visit the Wave website to create an account or sign into your existing account. Once you’re logged in you can add value to your Wave card.

RIde Paratransit Fare
You can purchase RIde Paratransit ticket fare in person at Stop & Shop or online at https://www.ripta.com/fares/.
Paper Fare Exchange Program
As of January 15, 2022, RIPTA no longer accepts paper fare products on board.
If you have unused fare products, you can transfer the value over to your new Wave account by filling out this form and then mailing your unused fare products to RIPTA.
