• Access: How many residents and workers are within 1/4-mile walking distance?
• Ridership: Will this location accommodate existing and future ridership needs?
• Location: How will this impact riders’ walking distance to key locations?
• Transfers: Will this location make it easier to transfer between buses?
• Mobility: How many people & jobs are within 1/4-mile walking distance of bus stops that connect to the transit center?
• Directness: How easy is it to understand service? And how directly does the bus travel to and from major destinations?
• Downtown Speed & Reliability: Will this location make it easier for buses to get into and through downtown?
• Safety & Resiliency: How safe are bus movements? And how resilient is a facility in the event of
  emergency or natural disaster?
• Operating Cost: How will the site change bus and facility operating costs?
• Capital Cost: What is the cost to build facility and purchase new buses (if needed)?
• Partnership: Are partners able to fund the project cooperatively at this site?
• TOD: is there an opportunity for transit-oriented development?
• Feasibility: How easy would it be for RIPTA to acquire and develop the site?
